1. ELIGIBILITY. The 2025 Your Quality Ford Dealers’ Bronco Giveaway - SET.Live Sweepstakes Promotion ("Sweepstakes") is open only to U.S. Citizens residing in the following counties: Adair County, Audrain County, Boone County, Callaway County, Chariton County, Clark County, Cole County, Cooper County, Crawford County, Dent County, Franklin County, Gasconade County, Howard County, Iron County, Jefferson County, Knox County, Lewis County, Lincoln County, Macon County, Madison County, Maries County, Marion County, Miller County, Monroe County, Montgomery County, Moniteau County, Morgan County, Osage County, Perry County, Phelps County, Pike County, Putnam County, Ralls County, Randolph County, Reynolds County, Schuyler County, Scotland County, Shelby County, St. Charles County, St. Francois County, St. Genevieve County, St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Sullivan County, Warren County, and Washington County, Missouri, Henry County, Lee County, Jefferson County, and Van Buren County, Iowa, and Adams County, Bond County, Brown County, Calhoun County, Clay County, Clinton County, Effingham County, Fayette County, Franklin County, Fulton County, Greene County, Hamilton County, Hancock County, Jefferson County, Jersey County, Macoupin County, Madison County, Marion County, McDonough County, Monroe County, Montgomery County, Perry County, Pike County, Randolph County, Schuyler County, St. Clair County, Warren County, Washington County, and Wayne County, Illinois, who are twenty-one years of age or older as of date of entry, have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance ("Entrant"). INELIGIBLE ARE THE FOLLOWING: Employees, directors, officers, their immediate families (spouses, siblings, parents, and children and their spouses) and household members of the Music Audience Exchange, Inc., 2595 N. Dallas Pkwy., #440, Frisco, TX, 75034 (“Sponsor”), Ford Dealerships within the St. Louis Ford Dealer Advertising Fund Metro and Outstate Districts (“FDAF”), Ford Motor Company (“Ford”), Ford Credit as well as any other automotive original equipment manufacturer or supplier, GTB Agency, LLC, (“GTB”) as well as any other marketing/communications agency or media companies assisting with implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes, the St. Louis Cardinals (“Cardinals”) and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, Sponsor marketing employees and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), all previous winners, their immediate family (spouse, siblings, parents, and children and their spouses), and household members, those under twenty-one years of age, those who do not have a valid driver’s license, or those who do not have automobile insurance. Eligible Entrants and those who are ineligible but submit an entry may be collectively referred to as “participants”. The Sweepstakes is void outside of the designated counties in Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois, and where prohibited by law.
2. TIMING. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CDT on 27 March, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on 17 August, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. Music Audience Exchange, Inc., 2595 N. Dallas Pkwy., #440, Frisco, TX, 75034, is the Sweepstakes Sponsor and administrator.
4. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES. By entering the Sweepstakes each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Being selected as a provisional winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules.
5. HOW TO ENTER. There are two ways to register for the Sweepstakes as stated below. All necessary information must be provided regardless of which method is chosen. Entrants are responsible for all charges imposed by such Entrant’s internet or cellphone service provider.
a. 1st Method of Entry. During the Promotion Period, you will automatically become an Entrant and receive one entry in this Sweepstakes by submitting your information using the form at FordFanGiveaway.com. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data required on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online Entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive commercial emails and brochures from Sponsor, Ford, and their affiliates, but eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant's consent to receive such emails or brochures.
b. 2nd Method of Entry. During the Promotion Period, you will automatically become an Entrant and receive one entry in this Sweepstakes by submitting your information using the form available by scanning a direct link QR Code found on posted Sweepstakes materials distributed by the FDAF or Sponsor. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data required on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. QR Code Entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive commercial emails and brochures from Sponsor, Ford, and their affiliates, but eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant’s consent to receive such emails or brochures.
Registration is free. Limit one entry per person, per household, per email address during the Promotion Period. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other method will void all such Entrant’s entries and the Entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries and such entries will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to submit the entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential Grand Prize Winner (as herein defined) may be required to show proof of being the registered email account holder, such proof being determined as satisfactory in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact Entrants and all other individuals whose email addresses are submitted as part of this Sweepstakes for any purpose related to this Sweepstakes, including for promotional purposes not related to the Sweepstakes. Any entries submitted or received after the Promotion Period has ended are void.
6. RANDOM DRAWING. One Entrant will be selected as the provisional winner (“Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen by random drawing on or about 20 August, 2025, from among all eligible entry forms received. Three attempts will be made to contact the Grand Prize Winner. If there is no response within twenty-four hours after the third attempt, a new Grand Prize Winner will be selected and the initially selected Entrant will have no recourse. All Sponsor’s decisions and selections are final. Finalists will be notified by text message and are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Rules prior to being awarded the Prize, and only after such verification will the Grand Prize Winner be eligible to receive the Prize. Additionally, the Grand Prize Winner, or an individual specifically authorized in writing by the Grand Prize Winner who is not otherwise ineligible, must be available to receive and take ownership of SUV on 16 September, 2025. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to travel to the award ceremony in St. Louis, Missouri, at his or her own expense.
7. VERIFICATION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER. The Grand Prize Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules and selection is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of same. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with documentation showing he or she is an eligible participant. This includes but is not limited to providing Sponsor with one or more of the following in its sole discretion: a valid and unexpired driver's license, valid and unexpired car insurance, proof of age, occupation, or employer, and home address. All decisions regarding verification are made by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
8. GRAND PRIZE. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2025 Ford Bronco Badlands Edition, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is a M.S.R.P of $65,695.00 USD (“SUV”), and the opportunity to participate in the Bronco Off-Roadeo Experience at Grey Wolf Ranch in Horseshoe Bay, Texas valued at $3,600.00 USD (“Rodeo”) (SUV and Bronco Off-Roadeo may be collectively referred to as “Prize”). Total Prize ARV: $69,295.00. Any difference between the ARV, M.S.R.P., actual SUV, or Prize value will not be awarded. The SUV will be available for pick up from a Ford dealership at a date and time chosen by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Transportation to and from the dealership is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes based on the value of the Prize as well as any applicable registration, license, title, and insurance fees, and all other expenses related to receipt, possession, acceptance, and use of the Prize unless otherwise noted. The actual style, color, design, and features of the SUV may vary from any depictions of it in the Sweepstakes materials. Sponsor will determine the style, color, design, and features including but not limited to exterior and interior. The SUV may be used as a display vehicle for events regarding the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for the postponement or cancelation of the award ceremony due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Normal wear and tear of driving, including mileage as a display vehicle under 6,000 miles, may exist. Grand Prize Winner will be the first retail owner of the SUV after complying with the new vehicle laws of Missouri, Iowa, or Illinois, as applicable. The Grand Prize Winner must show a valid driver's license and proof of insurance before the SUV will be awarded.
9. BRONCO OFF-ROADEO EXPERIENCE. In addition to the SUV, the Grand Prize Winner and one guest will be eligible to participate in the Bronco Off-Roadeo. The guest must be over the age of twelve to attend. The Grand Prize Winner must book the Bronco Off-Roadeo through its website (https://broncooffroadeo.com/) on a Saturday between 1 January, 2026 and 31 June, 2026 as agreed with the FDAF. The Grand Prize Winner must bring a valid driver’s license, and participation in the Bronco Off-Roadeo is subject to its terms and conditions (https://broncooffroadeo.com/files/BOR_Terms_&_Conditions_12-20-24.pdf). If the Grand Prize Winner does not participate in the Bronco Off-Roadeo the cash value of the award will not be provided. The Grand Prize Winner is eligible for reimbursement of certain expenses as outlined below.
a. Airfare. The FDAF will provide up to a total of $1,500.00 in airfare inclusive of taxes and fees (“Airfare Reimbursement”). Any airline may be selected, but the FDAF will only reimburse the Grand Prize Winner for up to the Airfare Reimbursement amount, and the Grand Prize Winner is response for any costs over that amount. Should the airfare be less than the Airfare Reimbursement amount the FDAF will only reimburse the Grand Prize Winner up to the amount actually expended and will not award the difference. The Grand Prize Winner must submit for reimbursement within sixty days of the Bronco Off-Roadeo’s attendance to receive the Airfare Reimbursement.
b. Hotel. The FDAF will provide up to $850.00 in total hotel costs inclusive of taxes and fees (“Hotel Reimbursement”) at the Horseshoe Bay Resort – Texas Lake & Hill Country located in Horseshoe Bay, Texas (“Horseshoe Bay Resort”). Though the Grand Prize Winner may select any hotel, the Hotel Reimbursement is valid only for use at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. Any costs or fees associated with staying at the Horseshoe Bay Resort, including but not limited to room-service charges or fees exceeding the Hotel Reimbursement will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner must submit for reimbursement within sixty days of the Bronco Off-Roadeo’s attendance to receive the Hotel Reimbursement.
c. Entrance Fee. The FDAF will reimburse the Grand Prize Winner for Bronco Off-Roadeo entrance fees for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest, not to exceed $250.00 (“Rodeo Reimbursement”). The Grand Prize Winner must submit for reimbursement within sixty days of the Bronco Off-Roadeo’s attendance to receive the Bronco Off-Roadeo Reimbursement.
d. Reimbursement Timing. The FDAF’s obligation to reimburse the Grand Prize Winner under this § 9 commences once the Bronco Off-Roadeo has been completed, even if supporting receipts are submitted prior to that time. The Grand Prize Winner’s failure to cooperate under § 9(f) voids all obligation for reimbursement.
e. Incidentals. The FDAF will issue the Grand Prize Winner a prepaid card in the amount of $1,000.00 prior to the Bronco Off-Roadeo (“Card”). The Grand Prize Winner agrees to sign a receipt for the Card, at which point he or she is solely responsible for it. No replacement will be given if the Card is lost, damaged, or stolen. The Card is issued to cover incidentals, including travel between the airport and hotel, and meals. Any charges over the Card value will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner or any guest.
f. Media. In addition to the grant of Rules § 12, the Grand Prize Winner expressly grants the FDAF the worldwide and perpetual right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, at any time, such Grand Prize Winner’s name, picture, voice, likeness, biographical information, the amount of the Prize and the Sweepstakes from which it was won, and any quotation, statement, or image for press or promotional purposes without compensation, additional consent, the Grand Prize Winner’s review, or notice to the Grand Prize Winner. Such licenses granted to the FDAF are non-exclusive, sublicensable, and assignable by the FDAF in its sole and absolute discretion. All rights, consents, and licenses granted to the FDAF under these Rules will survive the Sweepstakes’ termination and conclusion of the Bronco Off-Roadeo. The Grand Prize Winner’s consent and license may not be revoked. Further, the Grand Prize Winner agrees to cooperate with the FDAF’s community engagement manager (or designee) to produce content related to the Bronco Off-Roadeo.
g. Insurance. The Grand Prize Winner agrees he or she is required to obtain and maintain adequate insurance for participation in the Bronco Off-Roadeo. The Released Parties do not and will not offer insurance coverage for participation in the Bronco Off-Roadeo. The Grand Prize Winner expressly acknowledges and agrees there will be no liability of any Released Party if the Grand Prize Winner is prevented from participating in the Bronco Off-Roadeo due to failure to carry adequate insurance in accordance with the Bronco Off-Roadeo’s terms and conditions, or if there is any damage to Bronco Off-Roadeo equipment caused by the Grand Prize Winner or any guest. The Grand Prize Winner may purchase optional insurance at the time of registration directly from the Bronco Off-Roadeo, which is not eligible for reimbursement and subject to the Bronco Off-Roadeo’s terms and conditions.
h. Liability Waiver. In addition to §§ 11 and 14 of these Rules, the Grand Prize Winner, as a condition of eligibility, agrees: (a) to fully release and indemnify the Released Parties from and against all claims of direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages or claims, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, lost revenues, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death, or personal injury arising out of or relating to the Grand Prize Winner’s participation in the Bronco Off-Roadeo, and (b) to fully indemnify the Released Parties from and against all claims of direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages or claims, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, lost revenues, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death, or personal injury arising out of or relating to any guest of the Grand Prize Winner participating in the Bronco Off-Roadeo or any other third party.
10. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Neither the Grand Prize Winner status or award of the Prize may be transferred or assigned in whole or part. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or part with one of comparable or greater value if the intended Prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses (except those specified as being the Sponsor's responsibility or otherwise eligible for reimbursement under these Rules) relating to acceptance and use of the Prize and for all applicable taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local, or income). Odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible Entrants. If an otherwise eligible Grand Prize Winner is disqualified or fails to appear for any reason the Prize is forfeit and no alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected.
11. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By entering, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Ford, FDAF, GTB, Cardinals, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against all claims of direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, lost revenues, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death, or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s entry and participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of entry, even if the Released Parties had been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen it, (c) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or Entrant's acceptance, use, or misuse of Prize, and (d) comply with all restrictions and limitations on entry to the award ceremony, whether imposed by state, federal, or local authority, the MLB or Bronco Off-Roadeo, with failure to comply with such restrictions being grounds for disqualification (with such determination being at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor). The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes on the Prize’s value including sales tax, federal/state income tax, and for all insurance and maintenance on the SUV.
12. PUBLICITY AND LICENSE. Entrants, including the Grand Prize Winner, will, by submitting an entry and unless prohibited by law, constitute a grant to Sponsor of the worldwide and perpetual right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, at any time, such Entrant’s name, picture, voice, likeness, biographical information, the amount of any prize and the Sweepstakes from which it was won, and any quotation, statement, or image for press or promotional purposes without compensation, additional consent, Entrant’s review, or notice to Entrant. Such licenses granted to Sponsor are non-exclusive, sublicensable, and assignable by Sponsor in its sole and absolute direction. All rights, consents, and licenses granted to Sponsor under these Rules will survive the Sweepstakes and the conclusion of the Bronco Off-Roadeo. Entrant’s consent and license to Sponsor may not be revoked.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or any part of it if there is any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the Sweepstakes’ operation, to be acting in violation of these Rules or any other promotion, or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules will not constitute a continuing waiver of such provision, and Sponsor reserves the right to require strict compliance with such provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, these Rules will otherwise remain in effect in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was never included. All personal pronouns and defined terms used in these Rules, whether used in the masculine, feminine, or neutral gender, will include all other genders, the singular will include the plural, and vice versa.
The location where the SUV will be presented is managed and controlled by third parties, and none of Sponsor, the FDAF, Ford, Ford Credit or GTB have the power to manage or control such location’s operations, including but not limited to control over entry policies and restrictions for the SUV presentation. The location where the Bronco Off-Roadeo occurs is managed and controlled by third parties, and no Released Party has the power to manage or control such location’s operations, including but not limited to control over its entry policies and restrictions. The Released Parties make no guarantees or warranties about the Prize presentation itself, access or participation in the Bronco Off-Roadeo, or a Grand Prize Winner’s ability to receive the SUV at the award presentation, including access to either venue. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any loss or penalties incurred if the SUV presentation or Bronco Off-Roadeo must be delayed, postponed, cancelled, or changed for any reason, for amenities, services, or facilities not being available (or entry restricted or limited) due to renovations, strikes, bankruptcy, wars, riots, or other acts of nature. If there is any inconsistency between these Rules and any disclosure or other statement contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including but not limited to an entry form or any point-of-sale, radio, television, print, or online advertising, these Rules will prevail and govern.
14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant's printing or completion errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, data corruption or loss, disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software, (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. If it is not possible to submit a replacement entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes or any part of it for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the offered Prize, and any Entrant whose entry was erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed will have no further recourse. Nothing more than the stated Prize will be awarded.
15. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (a) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any awarded Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri or the Circuit Court for the County of St. Louis, Missouri, and Entrant expressly and irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, (b) all claims, judgments, and awards in Entrant’s favor will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees, (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and (d) if Entrant does not prevail in any action under this Agreement he or she will be liable for the prevailing party’s (or parties) legal expenses. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal substantive laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.
16. SURVIVAL. Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of these Rules shall survive termination or expiration of the Sweepstakes and Bronco Off-Roadeo.
17. ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DETAILS. All information collected from an Entrant is subject to Sponsor’s and Ford’s respective privacy policies.
